Returns Policy

At STKMN, we want you to be happy with your order.

If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with UK consumer law and the conditions below.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn

  • unused

  • unwashed

  • in original condition

  • with original tags and packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Made-to-Order Products

As STKMN products are made to order, we encourage customers to check sizing carefully before purchasing. However, your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:support@stkmn.co

Please include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos where possible

If approved, we will offer a replacement, refund or exchange where appropriate.

Change of Mind Returns

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for most online purchases. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Items must be returned in original condition.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear depending on your payment provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • worn items

  • washed items

  • damaged items caused by misuse

  • gift cards

  • final sale items where stated

Return Address

Return instructions and return addresses will be provided after contacting our support team. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
